Period attendance is the attendance taken by instructors for their specific classes. It shows a student’s attendance value for a single class/section or period of the day. Depending on the attendance mode used at your school, this attendance may or may not be taken into account to calculate daily attendance, which reflects a student’s overall attendance for the entire school day.
