How do I set Missouri calendar information?

This article explains how Missouri admin can configure the Academic Calendar fields required for state reporting. These fields are used when generating the School Calendar Header file.

To set calendar information:

1. Go to Main > Academic Calendars
2. Hover over the desired calendar
3. Click on the three vertical dots () and select Edit
4. Mark if this is an Official Calendar

5. Set the Date Calendar Adopted
6. (Secondary Schools Only) Set Periods Each Day
7. (Secondary Schools Only) Set Minutes Each Period
8. Set Minutes per Week
9. Click Save

4 Day School Week

If your district uses a 4 Day School Week, additional reporting fields must be completed. These fields only become available when four days are selected in the Days of the Week section of the Academic Calendar.

To set 4 Day School Week calendar information:

1. Go to Main > Academic Calendars
2. Hover over the desired calendar
3. Click on the three vertical dots () and select Edit
4. Locate and set 4 Day School Week to Yes
5. Set Date Voters Approved 4 Day Week
6. Set 4 Day Voter Approved Start Year
7. Set 4 Day Voter Approved End Year
8. Click Save
