When viewing student data on the Students - Single View (beta) page, admins may find that not all data fields are appearing when compared to Students - Single View (classic). This difference is caused by Brevity Mode. Brevity Mode can be useful to simplify the view of the page, as when it is enabled, student data fields that are blank will no longer display.
In order to enable/disable Brevity Mode:
- Go to Main > Students - Single View (beta)
- Search for and select a student
- Click More
- Select Turn On/Off Brevity Mode
Brevity Mode settings will be remembered by the system anytime it is toggled on/off.
