How do I copy IAR/ISA accommodations?

Schools that entered Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) accommodations into SchoolInsight in prior years, can copy the data to the current year. This article explains how to simultaneously copy prior year student accommodations and add current year IAR tests, for students who have accommodations entered in a prior year. 

To add student IAR tests and copy prior year accommodations:

1. Go to School Main > Student Multi View > More > IAR Student Assessments
2. In the Copy To section
   • Select the current Academic Year
   • Select a Grade Level
   • Select a Test Type
   • Select a Test
3. In the Copy From section
   • Select the prior Academic Year
   • Select a School 
4. Scroll to the Create/Copy IAR/PARCC Assessment Accommodations 
5. Click the [+]  
6. Deselect students who should not have have the selected test added
7. Scroll to the IAR/PARCC Assessment That Cannot Be Copied section 
   • Note that students shown in this list will require manual entry of IAR tests and accommodations
8. Save
