Throughout the online registration process, admins can review the information they are gathering from families by generating online registration saved reports. These reports are run by collector and can be configured to include information regarding fee payment, responses to registration fields, digital signature information, etc. Reports can be printed, exported to excel, or saved so that they can be generated throughout the registration process. Some reports are preloaded for your convenience.
When creating a new report, you must first choose between two report types:
- Details reports show every line item as a row of data. Columns can be modified and filtered, and data can be grouped to arrive at subtotals.
- Summary reports allow you to specify rows and columns that accumulate and summarize data into a chart.
After choosing the report type, you can pick one of three data types to query:
- Parent Entered Data is used for accessing student data entered for online registration forms by parents. It will not include any modifications made by admins.
- Current Student Data is used for accessing the student data available in the rest of SchoolInsight. Until a student’s registration has been approved, this will show the student’s original data.
- Full Data shows both "Parent Entered" and "Current" student data. This is most useful when identifying changes between what parents entered in online registration and what exists in the rest of SchoolInsight.
You can further customize the report by determining data subtype:
- Online Registration will exclusively include student data
- Students and Contacts will include both student and contact data
To generate an online registration report:
