How can I hide a course from report cards?

Sometimes, the district will not want to show certain courses on report cards. For example, some schools use a Homeroom class just for attendance, with no grade to display. It is straightforward to remove these classes from the report card.

Here are the steps to hide a course from the report card:

1. Go to Admin Main > Courses > Course - Single View
2. Find the course and click Edit
3. Click on the Yearly data tab
4. Uncheck the Show On Course-Based Report Cards option
5. Save

You can also mass edit several courses at once:

1. Go to Admin Main > Courses > Course Catalog > Mass Edit
2. Set the Data to Edit to Report Card Data
3. Set the drop down for Show On Report Cards to No
4. Select which Courses to Edit
5. Save
