If parents report that they are unable to send emails to one of their child’s teachers through TeacherEase, it is likely that the instructor accidentally disabled email notifications. To solve this problem, the instructor will need to update their notification settings to allow TeacherEase to send notifications.
This is how your instructors can allow emails:
- Go to Instructor Main > Account > Notification Settings
- Can TeacherEase send me notifications? Turn the toggle on
- Save
