Employees can submit requests for future time off through the Employee Portal if the district has granted that permission.
Each time off request will be passed through an approval process (established by the district) until it is either approved or rejected.
To request time off:
- Go to Employee Portal Main > Time Off / Employee Attendance
- Request Time Off
- Enter the dates and a Time Off Type that you would like to use
- The dates you can request off may be limited by the administration
The request will remain in the Unapproved Time Off Requests table until it is approved. You will receive an email notification when the request is approved or rejected.
