In Oklahoma, schools can make updates to their school’s information so that they’re configured correctly to send to the WAVE each year. This is particularly useful for schools with a specific lunch provision type, an updated Title 1 status, or when a new principal is appointed to head the school. Admins can update this data from the school level following the steps listed below.
To enter in School data:
- Go to School Main > WAVE/SIF Data > School WAVE Info > Edit
- This page will allow you to view and edit data your school is required to submit to the WAVE. Please refer to the WAVE if you have questions about which values apply to your school. The fields are:
- School Name
- Grade Level
- Session Type
- Lunch Provision Type
- Title I Status
- State Province ID
- Latitude
- Longitude
- School Status
- School Category
- Focus Type
- National School Lunch Program Status Type
- Url
- Principal Name
- Principal Title
- NCES ID
