How do I roll over registration settings to the next academic year?

SchoolInsight makes it easy to copy online registration settings from one academic year to the next. The registration collectors and registration fees are rolled over in separate steps, and the year receiving copied data must have either future or active status.

To roll over registration collectors:

1. Go to Main > Online Registration >  Configure Registration Collectors
2. Choose the academic year you are copying collectors from
3. Select on any collector row
4. Copy 
5. Set the Registration Collector field 
6. Confirm the Copy To years are correct
7. Confirm the Description 
8. (Optional) Enter desired Start/End Dates
9. Uncheck any Forms you do not want to copy
10. Copy

To roll over registration fees:

1. Go to Main > Online Registration > Registration Fees
2. Choose the academic year you are copying fees from
3. Copy Registration Fee
4. Choose the academic year you would like to copy to
5. Check the registration fees that you want to copy
6. Copy Registration Fees to Next Academic Year
