When a SchoolInsight customer’s subscription expires, admins that are listed as organizational contacts have the ability to extend the expiration date on their subscription. This allows users to continue accessing the system for an extra 30 days, after which point payment will be required to continue accessing the system. If your subscription has expired, you can extend it with the following steps:
- Sign in to TeacherEase
- Temporarily Extend Subscription
- Select OK
