This article explains the renewal process and how district admins can manage the school’s subscription renewal.
In the spring, the head of organization and billing contact for renewal from the organization contacts list should receive an email with a link to the renewal order form. You will be able to review the order form and make changes if necessary; then you need to pay online or print, sign, and send the order form with payment.
Managing organization contacts
To review and change who are the school/district’s main contact persons you can review the organization contacts as follows:
- Go to Main > Misc > Organization Info > Edit
- Edit to change the contact information
- Save
Reviewing the order form
To review the order form and make edits:
- Go to Main > Manage Subscription
- Edit Order Form to make changes
- Save

Paying for subscription
There are two ways to pay for your TeacherEase/SchoolInsight subscription:
- Pay Online
- Pay by Check or PO
Pay Online
To make a payment online:
- Go to Main > Manage Subscription
- Pay Online
- Review the order to make sure it is correct, and choose whether to pay by Bank Transfer (ACH) or Credit Card (requires surcharge)
- Enter bank account or credit card details
- Continue
- Review the information and Authorize
Pay by Check or Purchase Order
To send a check or Purchase Order:
- Go to Main > Manage Subscription
- Printable
- Print and sign the order form
- Mail the order form and a check or purchase order made out to Common Goal Systems, Inc. to:

If your subscription has expired and you are waiting for the check or PO to be processed, you can click Temporarily Extend Subscription to continue your access to the site.
