How do I view changes made to SBL entities?

After admins and instructors have been added to their respective committees, they can start creating learning targets and rubrics. As these standards-based learning entities are being created and edited, it may be useful for committee members to keep track of the changes that have been made. These changes are saved in the version history, which is available on the My Committees page.

View unseen shanges

SchoolInsight keeps track of what changes have been made since you last viewed the page. The Unseen Changes and Unseen Comments buttons will highlight recent changes made by other users.

  1. Go to (School District) Admin Main > Tools > My Committees
    • or Instructor Main > Tools > My Committees
    • or SBL Main > Tools > My Committees
  2. Click the downward arrow next to the SBL entity you wish to view changes for
  3. Click Unseen Changes or Unseen Comments

Compare version history

From the version history page, committee members can compare different versions to each other. The system will highlight additions, modifications, and removals.

To view the version history and compare:

  1. Go to (School District) Admin Main > Tools > My Committees
    • or Instructor Main > Tools > My Committees
    • or SBL Main > Tools > My Committees
  2. Click the downward arrow next to the SBL entity you wish to view changes for
  3. History
  4. Check two versions
  5. Compare Versions
