After setting up courses, admins may import classes using a specific template. Download the attached .csv file below and fill it out with your school’s information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
The How does an admin create classes? page contains more information about the role of classes in SchoolInsight, advice about choosing section names, and instructions for manually adding a class instead of importing.
To import classes:
- Go to (School District) Admin Main > Import/Export > Import Classes
- Select the correct Academic Year, Choose File, and select a Delimiter
- If using the attached template, choose “Comma Delimited (CSV) with no surrounding quotes.”
