How do I create SBL Groups?

SBL groups are a useful way to link courses that share the same SBL entities. To learn more about SBL groups read What are SBL Groups?

Before you create the SBL group, you must create at least one course that will belong to the group. If you try to create an SBL group without any courses, you will not be able to save it.

To create a new SBL group:

  1. Go to (School District) Admin Main > Courses > SBL Groups
    • If an SBL User, go to SBL Main SetupSBL Groups
  2. Create Group
  3. Enter a Group Title
  4. Search for and select courses to add to the group using the Courses section.
  5. Save

This will create an SBL group that other courses can be added to. Too add courses to this or other SBL groups, please see How do I add a course to an SBL group?
