Screening Setup and Entry

This article explains how a nurse can enter screening information for a student. Screenings can allow nurses to track student status as well as if the screening is a retest or considered managed. Additional setup may be required for the hearing screening, which can be configured for any combination of frequency and sensitivity levels. 

To verify hearing screening setup:

  1. Go to School Main > Health Records > Hearing Screening Configuration
  2. Select Edit 
  3. Make any needed updates 
  4. Click Save

To enter a screening for a student:

  1. Go to School Main > Health Records > Screenings
  2. Select Add Screening 
  3. Select Screening Type
    • Please look below for the unique fields
  4. Search for needed Student
  5. Set Date
  6. Set Status
  7. Set other needed fields 
  8. Click Save
