In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Access Log allows admins to view all changes made and information accessed within the Health Records module. The mode of the Health Access Log can be set to view this information for a specific date. The mode can also be set to see all information accessed and changed by specific admins or for specific students. If data is deleted from the Health Records module, some information regarding what was removed will be accessible in the Health Access Log.
To view the Health Access Log:
- Go to School Main > Health Records > Health Access Log
- Set the needed Mode
- Based on the Mode, set the Date, Employee, or Student
