When running immunization reports, one of the most common reasons that immunization information is not appearing correctly is that immunization status needs to be recalculated. Immunizations need to be recalculated whenever a change is made to your disease and immunization setup or when new dosage dates are entered for students. This is because the system does not automatically check all students against the changes you have made. Recalculating immunization status will ensure that all immunization data accurately reflects any updates made.
To recalculate immunization status:
- Go to School Main > Health Records > Recalculate Immunization Status
- Choose which students or groups of students will show on the report
- Set by which means the report will Sort By
- Configure the Options, which include choosing to show inactive students, choosing to show school name, or making the report a printable page
- Preview
- Review immunization status updates
- Save
- Changes can only be saved when the report is not set as a printable page
