This article covers how admins can generate the Missing Daily Attendance report. The report allows admins to identify students missing daily attendance values for one or more days. This ensures that no attendance data is missing before generating other attendance reports, such as state reports or an overall attendance statistics report.
To run the Missing Daily Attendance report:
- Go to School Main > Attendance > Missing Daily Attendance
- Set the Timeframe to the appropriate option
- Select which Students you would like to appear on this report
- (Only if external schools exist) Select which home and serving schools that need to be included
- Check the box for any Option that should apply
- Generate Report
This report will provide you with a list of all days that have at least one student with missing daily attendance. To see the student names, find a date and click show details. Once selected, admins have the ability to enter daily attendance directly from this details page.
