This article goes over how Oklahoma schools can report their lunch provision program. Schools are required to report the lunch provision program they qualified for to the OSDE. This information is requested on the SchoolInfo and Student Participation Object and is used for reporting and funding.

To enter the School Lunch Provision Program:
- Go to School Main > Wave/SIF Data > School Wave Info > Edit
- Find National School Lunch Program Status Type and select an option
- Enter the Lunch Provision Programs if your school is identified as a CEP or Provision 1,2 and 3.
- Select the program
- Enter the placement date for the current academic year
- Do NOT enter the Exit Date until after the last day of school or if you are school is exiting the program mid year.
- Save
- Repeat for for each building
Once this information is entered, your school’s lunch program status will be applied to all students.
