This article explains how to fill out fields and submit data required for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (MOSIS) graduate follow-up report as part of their February cycle.

Filling out the graduate data
When entering graduate follow-up data, make sure to switch to the previous academic year. You do NOT need to re-activate the previous academic year to fill in this data. This data can be mass edited, or edited per student.
To set graduate follow-up fields for many students:
- Go to School Main > Student - Multi-view
- Set the year to the current academic year
- Mass Edit
- Set the year to the previous academic year
- Set the Grade Level filter to Twelfth Grade
- Fill values in for the required fields in the MOSIS graduate follow-up section
- Select the students to apply these fields to
- Save
To set graduate follow-up fields for a single student:
- Go to School Main > Student - Single-view (beta)
- Search for the desired student
- Select More and click Turn Off Brevity Mode to show all student fields
- Select the General tab and then the Demographics subtab
- Find the table MOSIS Graduate Follow-up
- Select the
icon to start adjusting the data
- Fill out the required fields
- Save
Generating the graduate follow-up report
Once Graduate data has been entered, you can generate a csv to send to the state based on this information. We recommend first generating this report at the school level to make edits and then correct the data. Once all the data is correct, you will need to go to the district level to download this file.
To generate a csv for the graduate data:
- Go to (School or District) Main > Import/Export > Export Mosis Files
- (district only) Select the desired school
- Under layout, select February Cycle
- For File Type, select Graduate Follow-up
- Select the current academic year
- Preview
- (district only) Download File
