This article explains how an admin can copy report cards to the next academic year in SchoolInsight. This process involves copying the report cards themselves first, then copying the report card item lists as well. After completing the necessary steps, the report card in the target academic year will look similar to the one from the previous academic year, and the admin can make additional changes as needed.
Copying report cards can be done at the district level as well as at the individual school level depending on the grade reporting options; nonetheless, the steps are the same at the district and school level.
To copy report cards:
- Go to School Main > Grade Reporting > Define Report Cards
