How does an instructor enter report card grades?

Instructors enter report card grades at the end of a grading period. Report card grades are entered into active grading periods, which are managed by your school’s admin.

Once their grades are entered, instructors mark their classes/subjects as “ready to be printed” to notify administration they are done.

Instructors are provided with two methods for entering report card grades. Grades can be imported directly from the gradebook, or entered manually.  Additionally, for each of the methods, grades can be input either by class/subject or by student. This allows for flexibility in entering grades; a teacher can enter report card grades for all students in a single class/subject, or they can enter report card grades for all classes/subjects for a single student.

Additionally, teachers can mass enter grades, providing the same grade and/or comments to multiple students.
