How do I add or change the state number on a course?

Admins can enter course information that is reported to the state, such as state course number.

Add a state number to a new course:

  1. Go to Admin Main > Courses > Course Catalog > Create Course
  2. Click the State Fields tab
  3. Enter the State Number
  4. Save

Add or modify a state number for an existing course:

  1. Go to Admin Main > Courses > Course Catalog
  2. Click the edit link to the right of the course you want to add a state number to
  3. Click the State Fields tab
  4. Enter a new, or modify the existing, State Number
  5. Save
