All public schools are required to submit The Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) reports. This article explains how to generate CRDC reports for an individual school as well as for the entire district.
To run a CRDC report for a single school:
- Go to Admin Main > Reports > CRDC Reports
- Select the CRDC collection Academic Year
- Click on a link for any Section
To run a CRDC report for the entire district:
- Go to School District Admin Main > Reports > CRDC Reports
- Select the CRDC collection Academic Year
- Click on a link for any Section
These reports are designed to be run by section, but an admin can access report sub-sections directly from the CRDC Reports page as follows:
- Click the plus symbol [+] next to a section
- Click on the sub-section name
- The report will generate for the entire section and will scroll directly to the selected sub-section.
CRDC reports require many data points, but only data tracked in SchoolInsight can be obtained from the CRDC Reports page. The data required by some sections is not tracked within SchoolInsight; therefore, these sections do not return results, and they are labeled, Data not tracked in SchoolInsight.
