How do I copy a roster from one class to another?

In cases where classrooms are self-contained, SchoolInsight has a feature where existing rosters can be copied to other classes/sections. If you need assistance adding students to a roster, please click here. Otherwise, the following steps describe how an admin can copy a roster from one class/section to multiple others:

  1. Go to Admin Main > Classes/Sections
  2. Find the class you’d like to copy the roster of and select roster to the right-hand side
  3. Click Copy
  4. All students should have a checked box next to them by default
    • If you would like to only copy select students to other rosters, you can deselect certain students as needed
  5. Scroll down and check the box next to each class that you’d like to copy the current roster to
  6. Click Copy
