In SchoolInsight, scheduling admins copy a student’s schedule to other students to save time when a cohort of students follows the same, or similar, schedule.For example, this feature is used when adding students to a self-contained schedule. The admin creates the new student, and then copies the schedule from an existing student that attends the same homeroom.
To copy a student schedule:

- Go to Admin Main > Students-Single View
- Search and select a student
- Go to Scheduling > Rosters
- Copy Schedule
- Current Schedules/Rosters
- Select classes to copy
- Students to show
- Filter for a single student, a grade level, or by homeroom.
- Select students to copy to
- Copy
This functionality is also available in the scheduling module for instances where administrators are working on schedules prior to the start of the academic year.
